Thank you for your interest in applying for admission to Milpitas Christian School. The following information is specific for admissions for students interested in grades Transitional Kindergarten through Eighth Grade.

We understand that applying to a new school is an important decision and we are dedicated to assisting you with any questions you may have regarding the application process.

Online Application

• Begin by submitting an online application form for TK - 8th Grade

• Make payment of the Application Fee of $200 per student
• Submission of the following supporting documents:
  • Birth Certificate or Passport
  • Report card from the last and current school year
  • Standardized test scores
  • Immunization record
• MCS review of student application
• Grade placement assessment
• Parent interview
• Formal letter of acceptance status from MCS
• Upon acceptance, an annual enrollment fee of $450 per student is required
