Milpitas Christian School - New Family Referral Process

Help Milpitas Christian School grow! 

Receive a $500 Tuition Referral Credit for referring a new family that enrolls at MCS.  We value and appreciate your support of our preschool, elementary and middle school.

 

Refer

To refer a new family to MCS:
  1. Complete the New Family referral form below, within 30 days of the new student's enrollment. 
  2. You will receive an email acknowledgment of your referral. 

Requirements

To fulfill the program requirements, the family you refer must:
  1. Complete the enrollment process.
  2. Remain enrolled at MCS for a minimum of three months.

Receive

Receive the $500 Tuition Referral Credit:
  1. Your credit will be issued when the above requirements have been fulfilled - please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
  2. IMPORANT TAX INFORMATION: By law, any yearly payments that exceed $600 in one yearhave to be classified as taxable income. For this reason, you will receive a 1099 Tax Form from us if you have received multiple referral credits, and the amount may be subject to additional taxes.
